Lorenzo Ruggiero è direttore Artistico e docente di fumetto presso la Scuola Internazionale di Comics-Sede di Napoli, nonché disegnatore della scuderia della Marvel Comics, per la quale in questi anni ha lavorato su testate come Fantastic Four: Dark Reign, Iron Man Noir, Amazing Spider Man-The Movie, Ms Marvel, Hawkeye,The Fearless, New Avengers, Adam The Blue Marvel, The Winter Soldier, Black Widow, Widowmaker, Thor & Iron Man, X-Men, X-Treme X-Men, Astonishing X-Men, X-Termination, Ultimate Avengers, Wolverine Max, All New Ultimates, Spider-Woman, Web Warriors, Prowler.
Sempre per la Marvel Lorenzo Ruggiero ha disegnato alcuni storyboards per le serie a cartoni animati Ultimate Spider Man e Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.(Marvel/Disney XD).
